Surrounding the facade on several sides of a city garage (3146 Market Street, Riverside) is a four mural series entitled, "Summer Winds" painted by Geoff Gouveia (@geoffgouveia on Instagram). According to his Instagram post, the "four panels loosely tell the story of loss and growth, a universal story we all experience". The project was a collaboration with the City of Riverside, Mayor Lock-Dawson (@mayorlockdawson), her advisor Philip Falcone (@philipjfalcone) and others including the Riverside Art Museum (@riversideartmuseum) which provided the funding.
