Cesar Chavez mural on Casa Blanca Center

Two nice murals have been painted on the Casa Blanca Home of Neighborly Service (7680 Railroad Ave., Riverside).  One (photos 1 & 2) is a tribute to the life of Cesar Chavez and was pained by @tonyraytatoo.  The other (photos 3 & 4) is painted on an outdoors basketball court and has a Casa Blanca and citrus theme.  For the second, a post on Instagram indicates that @arte_de_laura was one of the artists but I don't who the others were. The murals are on the back of the Center near the playground and more easily seen from Casa Blanca Street.

Arlanza Community Mural on La Cachanilla Market

The La Cachanilla market in the Arlanza area of Riverside (8851 Philbin Ave., Riverside) has a series of murals with a wide range of themes.  It was a community project with the artwork directed by muralists Ronald Del Cid (@Rondeezyyyy) and Jesus Castaneda (@exoskeletal27).  A short and interesting YouTube video was produced providing background on the mural and showing the involvement of the artists and the community.  It is impressive that the project involved almost all of the students at the nearby elementary school as well as local high school students.
