Transportation Art on Spruce Street at the 91 Freeway

I noticed some Riverside-themed transportation art where Spruce Street crosses the 91 Freeway (1820 Service Ct, Riverside, CA) and on Vine Street (3230 Vine St, Riverside, CA).  The raincross, shown in the first two photos, is Riverside's symbol.  The artist is unknown.  The bell-shaped shadow at the bottom was unintentional and is me taking the photograph.

Riverside-themed Transportation Art

Most of the transportation art along the freeways in Riverside has themes that reflect the symbols and architecture of the city.  Many of the photos are from the structures along the 91 freeway downtown.  For example, the first photo of the Riverside's symbol, the raincross, can be found here. The bear, UCR's mascot, is from an underpass on Martin Luther King Drive under the 60/215 freeway leading to UC Riverside.  Other examples are shown below. The artists are unknown.

March Air Reserve Base Landscape and Transportation Art

The land in the area between the onramp to the Interstate 215 freeway and road connecting to Van Buren Ave., near to the March Field Air Museum (22550 Van Buren Boulevard, March Air Reserve Base, CA) has been landscaped illustrating jets in flight.  The designer is unknown but presumably this was done as part of a CalTrans transportation art project. The concrete bridge and support structure are also decorated.
