Floral Electrical Box at Corner of Brockton Ave. and Garden Home Court

The electrical box, at the corner of Garden Home Court and Brockton Ave. (4087 Garden Home Ct, Riverside, CA), has recently been painted in an attractive floral motif.  The artist was Katya Orovie @orlovie, a local muralist and painter. 

Tacos Tacos y Antojitos Mural

My wife and I tried out Tacos Tacos y Antojitos (6461 Brockton Ave, Riverside, CA), a new (to us) casual  Mexican restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a mural on one of its interior walls.  The mural is signed but it is hard to read. It looks like Easasi Setruel.

The wall along the parking lot in the back of La Bodega wine and spirits shop (3512 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92506) sports an attractive new mural painted by local artist Mano Mirande @_mano_man_.

Mark Harris Dental Office Mural and Art

There is an orange- and Riverside-themed mural in the back and several pieces of artwork in the front of the Mark Harris Dental Office .  The mural entitled, "“A Walk Through the Orange Groves” was painted by local artist Noel Goin in 2025.  The artists of the other pieces of art are unknown.  Articles about the mural can be found on the PageSuite website and the Press Enterprise.

New Magnolia Elementary School Murals

Magnolia Elementary School (3975 Maplewood Pl, Riverside, CA) has recently been repainted and now sports a couple of simple new murals showing the name of the school and its mascot, the falcon. The artist is unknown.

Floral Electrical Box at Intersection of Magnolia and Jurupa Avenues

A new floral painted electrical box has recently appeared at the intersection of Magnolia and Jurupa Avenues (about 5958 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA).  A supplemental box has been attached to one of the sides of the original box which covers the artwork on that side and unfortunately also blocks the artists name, so the artist is no longer identifiable.

1Down Biker Supply House Murals

Several new murals have been painted on the outside of the 1Down Biker Supply House (6359 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA).  They include a racing motorcycle, a modified raincross and a Harley Davidson logo.  The murals are unsigned.

New Murals at the Smoke & Dreams Shop

Several new murals have been painted on the walls behind the Smoke & Dreams Shop parking lot at 3648 Central Ave., Riverside.  It appears that the murals were painted by several unknown artists who signed with initials, monikers or pseudonyms.

Mikey G's Coffee House Murals

Local muralist Geoff Gouveia (@geoffgouveia) is in the process of opening a new coffee house, Mikey G's, at 3780 Elizabeth St, Riverside, CA, across from the Magnolia Center. It is currently being renovated. Geoff with the help of volunteers have painted the following series of murals on the east side of the building.

Tuxies 9-11 Remembrance Mural

 On the south side of Tuxies Juices restaurant (6030 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA) is a mural of an American flag. Next to the flag are the words "Never to be forgotten September 11, 2001".  The artist is unidentified.  

Raising Canes Murals and Art

The new Raising Canes restaurant at the intersection of Magnolia and Brockton (11066 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA) has a nice mural and some other artwork. Most contain some elements that are specific for Riverside.  Most also feature the picture of Cane, the owner's dog at the time when he opened his first restaurant, and which inspired the restaurant's name.  The first mural is unsigned but was aspirated by Juan Navarro @luvmonsterz and Ekaterina Orlovie @orlovie.  It is my understanding that the mural features lemons and lemon flowers in recognition of Riverside's citrus heritage and the lemonade served in the restaurant.
