Yucaipa artist Allison Brown (@allison.brownart on Instagram) painted two bright murals entitled "Urban Garden No. 1 and No. 2" at University Village (1195 University Ave., Riverside). One is located on University Avenue to the east of the center. The other is located on the wall of Chase bank off of Iowa Ave. near University Ave. (3758 Iowa Ave.) More information about the murals can be found in a Press Enterprise that can be found here.
It's always amazing to me how the large flowers are so realistic, when painted at such large scale and on the side of a building.
