The fences on each side of the model steam train tracks on the east side of Hunter Hobby Park (1401 Iowa Ave, Riverside, CA) show locomotives flanked on each side by raincrosses, the Riverside city symbol. This seems to be a clever integration of art and function. The designer and artist are unknown.
