In front of Tio's Tacos restaurant (3948 Mission Inn Avenue, Riverside) are a series of folk art sculptures and other decorations for the Christmas holidays. These are made from re-purposed waste cans, bottles and other materials from the restaurant. Martin Sanchez is the restaurant owner and presumably the artist who made the sculptures.

Armory Mural at Fairmount Park
The middle of the southwest-facing wall of the Armory (2501 Fairmount Blvd, Riverside, CA) at Fairmount Park has recently been painted with an attractive floral mural by Riverside artist Ekatrina Orlovie (@orlovie on Instagram).

New Alcott Elementary School Murals
Two colorful new murals have recently been painted on the exterior walls of Alcott Elementary School. The first shows the school name containing well known images connected with Riverside, and the second the school's mascot, the alleycat, with words of welcome and advice. The first mural is signed Robin Golden of GoldenMurals.com.

Riverside Food Lab Exterior Murals
The exterior of the Riverside Food Lab (3605 Market St, Riverside, CA) has a number of interesting and colorful murals. These are located on the wall of the garage and in the hallway leading to the side entrance of the Food Lab. The artists are unknown. The photos were taken in Feb. 2023 and Oct. 2024.

Orange Barriers Protecting the Main Library
In a practical, yet clever decision that reflects Riverside's citrus heritage, the automobile barriers (bollards) in front of Riverside's Main Library (3900 Mission Inn Avenue, Riverside, CA) are painted and decorated like oranges. The artist or originator of the idea is unknown.
