Surrounding Tio's Tacos restaurant (3948 Mission Inn Avenue, Riverside) are grounds filled with folk art sculptures made from re-purposed waste cans and bottles. Martin Sanchez is the restaurant owner and artist who has made the restaurant into an unusual Southern California destination.
